Good looking
Chair looks great, sits ok for trial use. After 2 months, absolutely kills my back. After much research, chair simply is too soft, no support, and will trash your back. 6'2", 300# man. Look elsewhere if you plan to sit more than a couple hours a day.

Best Chair
Working as an accountant it is important to have a chair that is comfortable provides back support and is strong enough to hold my heavy weight all day long without causing any damages. Well this Chair has it all. I don't regret any penny I've spent on it. I love it so much that I will buy it again if I ever have to.

Very good chair for the money.
I paid for the assembly and the three year protection plan. The store where purchased did a careless job of properly installing the bolt hole plug covers. We discovered they plugs are numbered which we re-assembled. I expected more since I paid for the installation.

Comfortable!
What I like about this chair is that when you lean back the entire chair (not just the back) reclines. For some reason I find this more comfortable than the other kind. Note that I don't use it at a desk but more like a lounge chair so I like that's it's more cushy than most office chairs.

This feels like a $600.00 chair! SO COMFORTABLE!
Best office chair I ever sat in. Wife working from home so almost 8 hours a day and says no back or leg pain! Comfy rolls smoothly armrest good height easily adjustable. She loves it! Assembly was EZ but once built so sturdy you wont believe you put it together. Very Impressed.

Very comfortable
I am 5' 4" and many of the executive chairs I've sat in were uncomfortable and felt like they swallowed me up instead of supporting my back and legs. This chair feels like a plush drivers seat. Perfect for Me!
I'm a little shorter and a little bigger than the average person using this chair. It's perfect. One of my main problems in other chairs is they cut off the circulation at the back of my legs and so my legs go numb or my feet hurt after I sit for long periods of time. Poor quality broke after barely a year
This chair is not built to last. The back of the chair mounts to the arms. The arms are made of plastic. After owning this chair for a little over a year the arms cracked. The chair back is now dislodged and won't stay upright. I contacted the manufacturer True Innovations. They explained that the 10 year warranty only covers "movable" parts. Comfy But
The chair was easy to assemble all the pieces were included and directions were user friendly. The Chair is very comfortable my issue is the cables/levers that raise the chair. They do not seem to function properly is raising the chair higher. Not something I really want to deal with in figuring out why they are not adjusting properly.
