Good looking
Chair looks great, sits ok for trial use. After 2 months, absolutely kills my back. After much research, chair simply is too soft, no support, and will trash your back. 6'2", 300# man. Look elsewhere if you plan to sit more than a couple hours a day.

Comfortable and Easy Assembly!
Ordered one and found it to be so comfortable and easy to assemble that our company ended up ordering a second. Price may seem steep but trust me - cheaper products are harder to assemble as the parts don't fit together properly half the time. This chair is definitely worth it highly recommend!

Great Chair
Very easy to assemble- but I'm very handy. I still think that the instructions were very clear and easy to follow for anyone who can use the included tool. I used to teach industrial arts classes in a high school so I think they did a great job with the instructions. Very comfortable chair.

Decent chair
Special order item so you won't any information elsewhere except at Staples. The chair is relatively comfortable. Had it assembled at Staples for a small fee and notified for pickup within ~1~2 days. It does fit into a decent sized sedan's (Altima/Accord size) backseat. The pneumatic pump is assembled lower bottom is a bit close to the floor but gives enough seat height...

poor stitching in seams
chair is ok but but the stitching in the seams had many loose threads that are easy to catch and will probably be pulled out or cause stitching to become undone.

Comfy but broke right away
My Son is at college very far away and purchased this. The floor model had a broken handle to lean/tilt back. They convinced him to purchase the warranty. He came home put it together and in the first week the handle on his new chair also broke. I have encouraged him to use the 3 year warranty protection he was talked into buying and he has yet to use that right. ...
