Good looking
Chair looks great, sits ok for trial use. After 2 months, absolutely kills my back. After much research, chair simply is too soft, no support, and will trash your back. 6'2", 300# man. Look elsewhere if you plan to sit more than a couple hours a day.

Great Chair
I've had this chair for about a year now and still love it. I sit in it about 8 hours every weekday and there has been no shedding yet and still just as comfortable as when I got it.

Tilt Only When Strained
Chair will only tilt when pushed to tilt. Called manufacturer and they are sending a new part to resolve the problem.

Awesome Office Chair

Poor Customer Service
Chair is defective. It can not be assembled. Contacted customer service for replacement seat cushion 5 weeks ago. Still waiting. Called them 2 weeks ago. Told me they are very busy and it should ship next week. It didn't. Long hold times when calling customer service. Buyer beware.

Pretty good chair 4 stars
This is a pretty good chair. Comfortable sitting in it for 8 hours a day. I would recommend this chair to a friend. A little bit of a struggle putting together.
