Good looking
Chair looks great, sits ok for trial use. After 2 months, absolutely kills my back. After much research, chair simply is too soft, no support, and will trash your back. 6'2", 300# man. Look elsewhere if you plan to sit more than a couple hours a day.

Love my La-Z-Boy chair!
My son put it together in about 15 minutes. It is comfortable and very nice looking. I ordered this one because a lot of the chairs I liked were for Big and Tall and I didn't want a huge chair. This one is perfect for normal sized people. I would highly recommend it.

LAZY BOY CHAIR
We got the chair and I put it together. I would not go up/down. I called up the store and they said to bring it in and they would look at it. I took it in and they just tugged on the latch to move it up/down and it worked. It was very good customer service.
