Good looking
Chair looks great, sits ok for trial use. After 2 months, absolutely kills my back. After much research, chair simply is too soft, no support, and will trash your back. 6'2", 300# man. Look elsewhere if you plan to sit more than a couple hours a day.

Comfortable and affordable!
Nice work from home executive chair - good range of height adjustment and good quality - as you’d expect La-Z-Boy comfort as well. Simple enough to put together with a little patience and attention to the instructions.

Not a real La-Z-Boy product
True Innovations is the real manufacturer. Chair lift did not work. Called their CS to get help. On multiple occasions call disconnected while I was on hold. Finally spoke with a live person who advised they would send new parts. Never received. Returned to Staples - had a much better experience with Staples.

Great product!
Really enjoy this office chair. Best one I ever had even when compared to the more expensive ones. Suggest you change the coasters for polyurethane wheels that glide more smoothly.

La-Z-Boy Executive Chair Installation
It's a nice chair. Comfort is excellent. The craftmanship on the production was lacking. When installing I had to drill out the holes the screws went into as they were not properly drilled out. (They contained either a glue or something I needed to use a 5/8' drill to hone out

Very comfortable and stylish chair
Doing so many zooms in an uncomfortable chair led us to look for a new one. Glad we found this chair...it is a great value was easy to put together looks good and more importantly feels good to sit in. It's not as bulky as our old office chair. Very happy with the purchase.

Great chair! I bought a ergonomic chair before this one and it wasn’t enough cushion in the seat area. Returned that one and picked up this one. I’m a 6’0 256lb man and this La-Z-Boy chair is exactly what I needed. Was easy to set up and I’ve sat in it more than 6 hrs per day since buying it. Go ahead and pull the trigger on buying it

Best chair I have sat in!
I bought this chair because I was looking to replace the cheapo Amazon chair I bought recently that had very little cushioning.
