Good looking
Chair looks great, sits ok for trial use. After 2 months, absolutely kills my back. After much research, chair simply is too soft, no support, and will trash your back. 6'2", 300# man. Look elsewhere if you plan to sit more than a couple hours a day.

great with small flaw
Easy to assemble good lumbar support. Casters move smoothly. Recline doesn't work mechanism seriously flawed. But I still rate it at 4 stars. Very comfy for 8 hr day

This IS the chair you are looking for!
I went through two other chairs in the ~$200-300 range before finding this one. I found myself sitting on a hard surface covered by thin / cheap padding which caused my backside and legs to ache after an 8 hour day. Staples delivered in two days via their own truck. Nice affordable chair
I needed a chair with a higher back and cushioned base. After several failed attempts this chair hits the mark. After a week of use it is comfortable and has the right amount of features.

Very comfortable and great chair
Sometimes the price of a chair not only accounts for the chair but how it's packaged as well. Compared to a cheaper chair we bought at the same time the parts for assembly were better packaged the pieces of the chair were better protected and the overall assembly was better. It is also a comfortable chair.

Great Computer/Desk Chair
