Good looking
Chair looks great, sits ok for trial use. After 2 months, absolutely kills my back. After much research, chair simply is too soft, no support, and will trash your back. 6'2", 300# man. Look elsewhere if you plan to sit more than a couple hours a day.

Comfort at a Good Value.
Very comfortable chair with easy access to adjust height and recline tension. Initially intimidating looking assembly but instructions are clear and parts well laid out that process was fairly easy.

Adjusting Height
Doesn't adjust high enough. Lovely product but my hands aren't up on my keyboard. Not sure if it is as far as it can go but cannot find anything to allow me to raise the seat above where it is now.

Important pieces made of flimsy plastic
I've had this chair for at least 1 month and the tilt/lift mechanisms are already broken. My weight is far below the limit. I've contacted La-Z-Boy for a replacement hopefully they oblige because according to their website they don't give refunds.

Best Chair Ever!
I had a chair that tilted forward and I literally had to hold myself in my chair all day long it was terrible. When I sat in this chair I couldn't believe how comfortable it was. It has taken the pressure of my legs hips and back. I have a job where I am sitting for 8 to 10 hours a day. I would definitely recommend this chair!!

Poor quality and improperly manufactured
Please don't waste your money! This chair does not carry the quality we are used to in the La-Z-Boy products. Assembly was easy. However the pre-dilled holes for the backrest were improperly drilled during manufacturing which causes the back to visibly lean to one side and is uncomfortable to sit in. The bonded leather is extremely thin which doubtfully will hold up ...
