Good looking
Chair looks great, sits ok for trial use. After 2 months, absolutely kills my back. After much research, chair simply is too soft, no support, and will trash your back. 6'2", 300# man. Look elsewhere if you plan to sit more than a couple hours a day.

Beautiful and Comfortable Chair
This chair was comfortable from the moment I sat down in it. Previous issues of my back feeling strained and sore are gone. I sit in this chair at least 8 hours per day and it does not disappoint. Assembling the chair has easy to follow instructions

La Z Boy Chair
This chair is nice. However the customer service at the store in Novi Michigan is TERRIBLE. I had to ask twice at the front desk for help in purchasing this chair. No one came after waiting 15 minutes. I had to drive 20 miles to the store in Brighton Michigan to make my purchase. The service was like night and day. How Staples can keep the store in Novi open...

Not what I'd hoped
The bench feels uneven. You cannot adjust the height. Putting it together was cumbersome. doen't recline. Its a pretty basic chair not for everyday use.

Not A Reliable Chair
Bought it on line. On assembling it the chair looked very good but the livers did not work. I can’t get the chair up to my height.

Nice chair but manufacturer has terrible communications
The chair is very nice and I like it. However even though the entire chair is black leather one arm was brown leather. Tried over and over to contact the manufacturer but keep getting busy signals and they haven't responded to any of my emails. Staples however was excellent. They are sending a replacement. 5 Stars to Staples

Seat cushioning is very comfortable. One drawback I am 5'1" and the armrests are to far apart to rest my arms on while using my mouse.

My problem for not reading dimensions or understanding Executive chair. It was much too big for me but my husband likes it so not a huge problem. It's really well made and very attractive. But now I need a chair that fits me and is a good computer chair.

Very comfortable

Comfortable good value for money
I am happy with the chair the only reason I don't feel I should give more than 3 starts is because I can't adjust the Height I may have either failed to assembled correctly in that case it's the supplier mistake as it has not been explained properly or it came with a default
