Good looking
Chair looks great, sits ok for trial use. After 2 months, absolutely kills my back. After much research, chair simply is too soft, no support, and will trash your back. 6'2", 300# man. Look elsewhere if you plan to sit more than a couple hours a day.

The metal Lazy Boy emblem on the back is a rich touch but the fact that it's not exactly straight jumps out at people who have a perfectionists' eye for those things. Neither is the small stitching. The chair is solid comfortable and easy to assemble. The problem I'm having is I ordered a black chair but the arm pads that came with the chair were brown. Trying to resolve the problem with True Innovations!!!

Great chair for the price
I have had the char for about a month now. I am a 6'2" 180lb man and I find the chair quite comfortable to sit in all day. The leather seems to be of high quality and the tall back provides good back support. My only complaint is that I wish the chair could be raised to a slightly higher height. Overall would recommend.

A bargain for the money.
Staples staff were very helpful. The chair was not in stock so they voluntarily ordered it for us and it was delivered as promised four days later.

Difficult to assemble
For the most part it goes together easily enough but attaching the back is difficult. The holes don't line up and you end up walking away from it.

bonus room refugee
Though i like my antique-vintage desk chair it does not like being sat in 8 hours a day. This was never an issue before Covid. But with the new work-from-home environment the ol' chair just was going to put me in traction. My new chair is all-day comfortable.

Very comfortable
This is a very comfortable and nice looking office chair. I had minor back aches until I replaced my older office chair with this one. La-Z-Boy knows how to make good furniture. Also the armrests are padded and comfortable.
