Good looking
Chair looks great, sits ok for trial use. After 2 months, absolutely kills my back. After much research, chair simply is too soft, no support, and will trash your back. 6'2", 300# man. Look elsewhere if you plan to sit more than a couple hours a day.

Not a good support for a work day
Too soft not providing support. My body hurt after sutting in it for one day. Too wide back is not supported. Will return the chair.

Helped my back

This Chair is Dangerous
So I’ve had this chair now for about a week and all I can say is that I love it. It has great support and I feel comfortable sitting for very long periods at a time which could be a bad thing. I haven’t left this chair in almost two days. It’s just too gosh darn comfortable! I think I might just stay in it for another two days! Would recommend to a friend.

Pretty nice chair; good value/quality
This chair is good quality and should last a very long time. Instructions were the best I have ever seen and really easy to follow. The only thing I would have liked was a taller back... but maybe not? I can lean back and the padding is comfortable and supportive.

Fantastic chair

Comfortable chair for working at home
This is a very good chair for working at home. Make sure to look at all the pictures in the instructions. There are a lot of words about things that are easy and them some steps that are shown in the diagrams but not mentioned in the text at all.

Poor Quality Product NO Customer service.
I never tried going through Staples to repair or replace. This chair is LAZBOY in name only it doesn't reflect the expected quality. The company that handles the customer service True Innovations Seems to be a farce. After repeated calls and waiting on hold for hours two email returned "Recipient Refused Delivery".
