Good looking
Chair looks great, sits ok for trial use. After 2 months, absolutely kills my back. After much research, chair simply is too soft, no support, and will trash your back. 6'2", 300# man. Look elsewhere if you plan to sit more than a couple hours a day.

Quality
Over all quality of craftsmanship is not up to the La-Z-Boy standard. Levers for hydraulic do not work as they should and one side of chair arms screws will not tighten making the side loose. Although the chair is comfortable I am very disappointed. Should have gotten chair from store rather than ordering.

Comfortable chair with good support
Purchased this chair for our home office. Putting the chair together was quite easy. It took less than half an hour using the supplied tool and following the clear instructions. We've only had the chair for a couple days but it is comfortable and supportive. I'm happy with this purchase and the next day delivery was an added bonus.

Love my new office chair
This chair is so comfortable and supportive. I have multiple back and hip issues and it supports them so I don’t have near as much pain. I also have issues with my tailbone but not with this chair. It is made with high quality materials and great craftsmanship. I am very happy with this purchase.

Comfortable solid and stable. Moves and swivels smoothly. Small buttons on seat of chair have a tendency to loosen and pop out from time to time. Needs better lower lumbar support. I would recommend buying this chair.

Comfortable office chair with good support
Purchased two of these chairs for our home office. Putting together the chairs was quite easy. The instructions were clear. It took me an hour to put together two chairs. Although we’ve only had these chairs for a couple weeks they are supportive and my back feels much better than it used to.

Attractive chair but all features do not work
It became difficult to assemble when we got to the point of attaching the back. To get the last screws to hold (upper back to arm) we had to really tighten them down or they would pull out. This may be why the reclining part doesn’t work. You need longer screws there. Some of the cheap little silver buttons to cover the holes were difficult to keep in and one has alr...
