Unhappy with Return Policy
I purchased a quantity of 2 by mistake. I printed the paid sales order and followed the Return Policy. These items were returned to our local Stapes. The Asst Mgr took both a claimed that 1 had already been returned and only refunded 1 of the 2. He took both unopened packages. My employee is young and didn't demand the 2nd ink purchase back since they wouldn't refun...

These last SO MUCH longer than the regular ones!
These XL cartridges last SO MUCH longer than the regular ones! Print is colorful and sharp. While initially they seem expensive, they are worth it for the extended life of the cartridges, and Staples' Reward Points on recycled cartridges are generous enough that it really helps with the cost.

its black ink. Why do I have to buy Epson ink to use an Epson printer. Don't tell me that it will destroy the printer if I use someone else's ink. Let me use whatever brand I want.

Staples delivery is always a day or two longer by the time my order is processed than it had set my deliver expectation while I was shopping and placing my order. It "suddenly" gets a day or two addeded once I hit submit.

It's ok, it's required for my printer. It doesn't last as long as it should for XL capacity and it's very expensive but I have no choice but to use it. If you could pick a printed that doesn't use it, I would highly recommend that.
