Shady Business Model
Ridiculous that I had to buy this when I only plot in black and white. Took a week to get and no work around to just print black. Ridiculous. No pre warning and two day shipping really being a week was in fine print. Last HP large format for me.

Shopping experience was just fine. Setting up our tax exempt status for the University took a few days. And that's OK, too. Just wished my plotter could still function while Yellow was out of ink...

Easy to reorder printer ink
Thanks to Staples reordering printer ink is easy. We wish we could buy it at the store but it's on line ordering only!

Too small
I wish these were as large as the ink tanks we had for our old DesignJet 500

Good ink
