Keyboard tray review
There were three broken pieces when I opened the box. It was still wrapped in the cellophane and I considered sending it back.
However, it still functions, just not at 100%. I figured I could live with it and didn't want the hassles of returning it and then waiting to get another one.
You should tell the company they need to pack it better to prevent breakage.
