Wrong Filter
The filter you sent was the wrong filter and when I tried to call customer service at 5:30pm EST, the automated answering machine said you were closed. I should call back between 8am and 6pm EST (during normal business hours). Last time I checked 5:30pm is before 6pm.

Clean, working filter
Fits the Dirt Devil vaccuum great! Popped it in fairly easily and the vaccuum is sucking up dirt again.
