When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

Consistent Color Quality
The HP ink and cartridges are the best if you are looking for consistent ink color and even distribution across the page. I have tried a couple of off-brand replacements but the quality just isn’t there and even can gum up the printhead. The downside: price. Especially when you can get a new printer that includes some ink for less than ink cartridges alone.

Staples has Problem
Trying to deal with your Westgate Mall Brockton MA Staples store is uncomfortable & a problem. Will never go to this Staples store. Hired staff I had to deal with was terrible. Staples in Norwood MA IS A FINE STORE TO DO BUSINESS.

Cartridge is good. Store is awful.
I went to buy a new printer. No one helped me. The store was dirty. I just bought new ink and left.

Awful!
Twice now the magenta cartridges and only the magenta cartridges leaked abundantly into the printheads of my HP 8600 printers. I cleaned the printheads conscientiously but the printers yielded only error messages. Yesterday I arranged for both printers to be picked up and recycled.
