When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

Please offer a 951XL 3-pack
Good reliable ink pack - but it would be even better if I could order a three-pack of the colored 951XLs (your online store only offers a four-pack with the 950XL black cartridge included).

Hi Joeann I see you encountered a leaky cartridge. Not fun at all! Handling cartridges very carefully when opening them is crucial. Some users try to push the cartridge into the printer with force. This action often causes the cartridge container to crack. Wait until you hear a click. If the cartridge was old maybe the plastic chipped or degraded. If the cartridge is the wrong size don't force it into the printer. Exchange the cartridge by navigating to Staples' return site www.staples.com/sbd/content/help/shipping/.
