Hi Anne This review mentions the cartridges are not staying in the printer's cartridge holder. What a terrible outcome! If the printer cartridges are the correct model for the printer this issue wouldn't exist. You can compare the model numbers on the cartridge packaging to your printer. It might help to verify the cartridge is fully clicked into the holder. Sometimes cartridges pop out if they are not firmly stationed in the holder. Hi Shivashankar I see you are dismayed with the expiration dates. We try to provide cartridges with long shelf lives but this case is an exception. It is unclear why the cartridges in the combination pack have different expiration dates. If you contact support we can look into this matter. While one year is a bit short you should still have an opportunity to use the entire cartridge by September 2022. Hello there Phil Using ink briefly and running out is less than ideal. Unfortunately you have had this ordeal. With helpful advice I hope to boost your customer circumstances. Ink habits and environment influence the life of the cartridge. - First you might want to consider our instant ink program. - I would also recommend putting the printer in park mode by turning it off. - I also urge caution on printing with different paper types. - I would check the ink levels in the printer. If the printer levels say it is empty look for a leak. Occasionally a customer will puncture the cartridge while inserting it. - Check the copper contacts on the printhead for dry cartridges.
