When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

HP xl ink worth it
HP ink always provides excellent results for the user. Buy the xl version otherwise you will be back at the store before you know it for more ink. Paying the extra $10 well worth the additional printing capabilities.

z10...??
for one reason or another the ink cartridges don't work in my printer if it has the "z10" on the front of package

It is unusual that the z10 label on the cartridge is preventing printing on your printer. For your knowledge, this label means the cartridge is for US or Canada only. The label is on the side of the cartridge and does not block the vents or the printhead. For more information, visit this link at https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05318138.

Good but my first choice wasn't available.
As always, the process is very smooth and the product delivery was prompt. My only negative is that the XL refill wasn't available in a single cartridge - only in multipacks with other colors.
