When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

bad cartridge that made a terrible mess
poor. it wouldn't slide in and when I pushed it a few times to try to get it to go it it started leaking ink everywhere. so I took out the entire assembly and all the cartridges to show that it will not go in.

Hello Joe I sympathize with your experience. Having a cartridge with leaks is not fun. It is plausible that the cartridge was the wrong size and incompatible with the printer. Unfortunately pushing on a cartridge can cause leaks. In the future I recommend exchanging a cartridge that doesn't fit. - Amanda HP Care hp.com/support/

OVERPRICED
These don't last very long. They even get depleted when doing only black print. Way overpriced for what you pay for and your printer won't accept aftermarket cartridges.
