When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

Easy as pie
Wasn’t able to get the auto re-supply, but was able to purchase my ink cartridges for my old officejet without going to the store and find out they don’t carry them anymore.

Caused Printer to stop printing
After installing the magenta color my printer went through the cycle of receiving the cartridge. Then a message appeared on my c=screen saying something was wrong with the ink cartridge. After trying to fix replace the cartridge the screen still shows the ink being a problem. Unable to clean the printer heads because the screen won't let me. Had to buy another printer...

Terrible Printers ans Ink full of DRM
Our HP printer never worked well but with some work from us each time we got it working but with a recent update to their software the printer will only accept HP ink and even then the printer still won't work anymore. Don't buy HP products they use DRM that forces you to buy their overpriced ink cartridges and their software updates break more than they fix.

I bought this print cartridge, installed it, and now my HP printer does not work at all. Also checking out when buying cartridges is diffiCult. You have to find the grocery cart icon hiding in the upper right corner to check out.
