When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

Easy, quick way of getting cartridges
Let's face it, you can get cartridges anywhere. And, you can get them a little cheaper sometimes. You can even get them mailed to you, too. But I've been using HP's service for about three years now and continue to use it because the product is exactly the right one for my printer, so I know it'll work just as advertised. Ink cartridges
I installed the cartridges on my HP 8600 printer and now the printer does not work at all. I now have 2 HP printers, the 8600 and 2700 , that don’t work . Next time I’ll buy from someone who installs the printer for me.

They were available at the Staples store near me. They are HP products so no problem with compatible with the printer we have.

Couldn't Use
Store bought ink cartridges cannot be used with Instaprint programs. Had to have HP tell me that through a chat. HP sent the correct cartridge--they have a chip in them so HP knows when to replace by reading the chip when connected to the Internet. Staples would only give me a Cash Card when the store-bought cartridge was return. No credit card refund.

Cartridges fit correctly as usual and if I do have a problem Staples makes it right. Delivery is prompt and I always seem to get someone who is having a good day and not the other way around.
