When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

Disappointing
Once installed the cartridge stated that either it was depleted. The printer display stated used or counterfeit. When the replacement arrived it stated the same thing. Another cartridge installed did not have this issue. I am very disappointed with this product. I had to purchase this cartridge from another vendor. (made in Singapore; warranty date OCT 2022).
