When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

XH Black ink is not reliable
This is the second time that I got a bad cartridge. Not able to print anything. Clean the cartridge and aligned the printer multiple times without any luck. This issue only happened with the XL black. Never it happened with any the colors.

lasts a long time
I have a HP Officejet Pro 8600, I only use HP ink. It provides long lasting usage of each cartridge and I have had no problems with clogged jets.

Waste of my time
Very expensive and rewards program is a waste of time for consumers. Unless your a business you can't use rewards for returned cartrges because we do not consume ink like a business.

it last about 3 times as long as regular cartridges. Fantastic except for the price...you are charging about $3000.00 a gallon.

It was faster than getting it from HP and same price
My printer stopped printing because I ran out of the Cyan ink - totally. HP has the same stuff but it would take 2 - 3 days to get to me and I needed it now. So - I went to Staples and for the same price - without the shipping - I was back up and printing in less than 30 minutes.
