When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

I do not do much printing & I have been advised that I am low on several colors!

Garbage. The mouse and ink took over a we
It took over two weeks to receive this .......plus when I did the ink wouldn’t work Ithrew it out

I trust HP Inks
I have had my HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus for a good many years and I have never had a failure of my printer to work. I have always used the HP Ink cartridges and never had a problem. I wish I could tell you how many copies I have made with this printer and the photos I print have always been great. Thank you HP.

I can only say it is the same as it as it as always been. Never a problem only when I run out of the standard colors. I can't print only in black on my printer for some reason. It lets me for a little while then it states I have to purchase other color in order to print at all.

Terrible product
Printer said ink cartridges were not compatible with the printer. After trying various online be fixes the printer became unresponsive and now unusable. Terrible product and terrible service.

I am sorry that you had this happen to you. I can understand your disappointment.
It is likely that the cartridge was defective and no fixes were possible. Possibly the printer needs to be reset. While it is turned on, unplug it, wait a minute or two and then plug it back in again.

Scan to computer
Periodically, I get a message that my scan to computer is not working. HP Officejet Pro 8610, Windows 10. However, when opening the HP app, I can scan to my computer. Strange!
