When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

XL needed for this color
XL is needed for yellow and cyan. Only need regular for magenta. Unfortunately only XL was available in store for magenta so I had to order. At least yellow was available and works great.

we have had this printer for several years. We typically do not use the xl model of color cartridge but that isc w heat you had bc available this time and they are working fine. Thanks very much. Dale

ink should not cost more than the printer
Ink should not cost more than the printer. I should not have to debate buy a new printer or ink every time I get low. I do not use enough for the HP autoship program.

Don’t believe the printer
My HP printer indicated it would not print because the magenta cartridge was damaged. When I installed a new magenta cartridge it still wouldn’t print. I replaced the printer with a Canon printer and I am unhappy about the expensive cartridges from HP
