When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

I do not do much printing & I have been advised that I am low on several colors!

Used it before....it’s dependable.
Glad to have it available online. Live a ways away from a store that carries ink.

Costly
Cost way too much,$171 dollars for 4 ounces of ink is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention hp puts an expiry date on the cartriges so if you dont use your printer often,it will time out and you have to replace the cartridges before they are actually empty.will never buy hp products ever again

Excellent Product - Highly recommend !!

Cartridges tkoo expensive
I believe HP is overcharging for their cartridges. It is only opening the door for knock off refills that don't give the quality. They could sell more and potentially make more from a lower price.
