Hello, I am sorry that you cannot print because a cartridge is too low on ink. That does sound frustrating, but that feature will protect your printer from damage. There are advantages and disadvantages to different types of printers. Many people prefer the ones like yours, with separate ink cartridges, because you only have to replace each single color as it runs out. Now, you will still (very rarely) have to get color cartridges because the tiny nozzles that spray the ink onto the paper will clog unless they are cleared regularly.
