When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

I do not do much printing & I have been advised that I am low on several colors!

Ink misrepresented
I thought I was purchasing 951XP (closed ink) ink cartridges but only the 950s (black ink) were XP. I could have bought the XP cartridges at the same price as the ones I bought elsewhere.

Price of ink cartridges
Pricing is high. I love my HP printer but I think loyalty rewards should be given to those like me that have owned personal HP printers for over 40 years!! The cost of ink cartridges is ridiculous.
