HP printer cartridges
When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

I do not do much printing & I have been advised that I am low on several colors!

VERY disappointed with HP Direct pricing.
I am prepared to pay a bit more for HP supplies - the inks are water resistant and are fade resistant.
However I found that a reputable UK based reseller was offering these cartridges at just over 50% of the direct HP price. I am VERY familiar with the policies of eliminating channel conflict, but this is just not acceptable to me. Why even bother to sell direct when yo...

HP soaks you on ink
$130 for four ink cartridges. I think that's highway robbery. That is not Staples fault. Thankfully Staples now has a 50% discount program but even $65 is a lot of money.

Bad ink sensor
Removed the old cartridges and install the new cartridge but the printer keep saying cartridge missing. I put back the old cartridge the printer won't show the cartridge missing message the chip on the cartridge may cause issue. This kind of issue already happened on three HP 950XL BLACK cartridges in our office.
