When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

The cost
It’s ridiculous how much this cost when we can get it online and/or an off brand that works just as well for not even 1/4 of the cost.

I really like the HP ink and use it all the time. It is so convenient to be able to to order and have it delivered to my home as well. Expensive - but worth the price
We have had our HP8600 printer for many years and it is the best printer we every had. The last thing we want to do is potentially compromising the print quality with inferior ink. HP ink is pricey - but the reliability aspect is worth it for us.
