When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

Easy to install. Your discounts are sent right after I buy a cartridge and no longer need a new one and expire before I need a new cartridge.So for all intents and purposes the discounts are useless unless I own 2 spare cartridges at once Useless.

The I k is easy to load and prints well. My only complaint is these ink cartridges are more expensive than others in the HP catalogue and much more than other brands

We have bought this product before but i would like to discuss the service.
The people that we dealt with were so kind and we were trying to get the best deal using a variety of coupons and we needed an explanation of why some worked and others did not. they were so patient with us. They were calm and respectable. i still wanted the tin of cookies oh well. ha
