When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

HP 950XL Black Cartridge
I like these cartridges There is not a cap or tape to remove before inserting it into the printer. While the color cartridges have a yellow cyan or magenta circle the black cartridge is just black. It is about twice as big as the color cartridges so it is easy to figure out where it goes in the ink cartridge cradle.

HP Inks Are The Best On The Planet
Although available, I wouldn't buy a cheaper ink cartridge for my HP Officejet Pro 8600 Printer. These machines last and last and last and I wouldn't gum up the works with anything less pure than HP Ink.
