HP printer cartridges
When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

I do not do much printing & I have been advised that I am low on several colors!

HP ink is too expensive
HP ink is much more expensive than other brands. Next time I may just trash the printer and buy a new one that comes with ink. It may actually turn out to be more cost effective and I get the benefit of a newer machine.

Buying ink
Staff very helpful. All i had was the name of the printer and they looked up the cartridge number for me and took me right them in the store.

Good but pricey inks
My HP 8610 multi-function printer works very well and seems fairly conservative on its ink usage. Have to remember to shift to 'black only' when printing documents that are only black and white (i.e. text), or it seems that 'some' amount of color inks get used, too. The printer cost was reasonable. Cost of the ink cartridges tends to be a bit pricey, but perhaps not s...
