When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

Unable to use
Ordering was simple and delivery was prompt. However, When I installed the cartridge my HP printer message said the cartridge was damaged. After hours of trying unsuccessfully to fix the problem, I returned cartridge for a refund.

There really should be an option to purchase the HP 951 cyan/magenta/yellow cartridges in XL size in a three pack. The only other options are to purchase the XL size in the colors separately (more money) or bundled with the black XL and you don't always need the black when you need the colors. Other than that I love HP products!
