When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

Real Hp ink cartridge
I had tried knock off ink cartridges which are cheaper but they only last a short time and are hard to get aligned correctly. I only buy real HP ink cartridges now.

This product is good BUT buyer needs to be aware of the online price prior to going into a STAPLES store. This confusion should not exist when it is within the same office supply business.

It’s as good as it’s going to get. Can’t print without any ink - you have to buy what your printer takes. So they will charge as much as they want and you buy it not for the 5 star rating. They have a gun to your head and your gonna pay what they say

Colors way off when printing
Ordered a full set of 951 ink cartridges for my HP 86200 Plus printer. When trying to print anything in color the colors come out way off from what the colors of the item I am trying to print. Print colors way off
Purchased a full set of HP 951 cartridges for my HP 8600 Plus printer. When printing anything in color the colors are horrible! Also the photos or color print come out very dark and the colors are way off from what I am trying to print. Not happy.

Great ink better personnel
The gentleman who helped me find the right products could NOT have been more helpful or better informed- he juggled several questions (and customers) deftly and with a keen sense of humor. HP 8600 ink problem
I purchased the HP950XL at Staples and my printer will not work. One of the messages was that the cartridge was used. The printer keeps saying there is an ink problem. If I put the old cartridge in the printer it appears to work but there is no ink in the old crtridge.

Hi Bernell Wow I understand how this situation is frustrating for you. The first course of action is to ensure the cartridge is authentic. All cartridges from supplies should be genuine HP ink. Here is the site www.hp.com/anticounterfeit/. Commonly the printer doesn't recognize the cartridge because of a recent software update to the printer. Printer ink should always be the one made for your Printer!
I don't buy anything less than is required to keep my printer working as it should. I have heard nothing but horror stories about knock offs.
