When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

Outrageous Price for INK

Cartridge for HP printer
Turns out if even one color on our printer is out the printer will print nothing. So not a problem with cartridges but definitely a defect in our model of printer!

ink replacement
We always buy cartridges in advance. I recently purchased ink and when I went to replace in the printer two of the color cartridges were empty. Per store rules they would not replace them because it was past 15 days. They are too expensive to have these kind of issues.

I only use HP ink in my printer because it is the best product for my needs; however, the only reason I gave it only 4 stars was that the cartridge box was not protected during packaging. The box was smashed!....... luckily, the cartridge was intact!! I may purchase from a different supplier in the future.
