HP printer cartridges
When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

Still overpriced ink.
Between HP and Staples this is the most expensive liquid. Overpriced that I probably won't buy anything from Stapled for many months. Until I get over my outrage I will buy all my office products from a competitor. Staples is not the only game in town..

Cost to much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I find that the cost of replacement ink for this HP is out of line to expensive. I am starting to look at other printers that do not charge as much for their ink replacements!

Recycle rewards disappear
About a month ago I turned in several print cartridges but the rewards or credit for them was nowhere to be found. I was informed about the new Connect app that was hard to login to and then it too didn’t have my credit. Staples apps have been very difficult to use!
