When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

I was warmly greeted as I entered the store and asked if I needed assistance. I needed assistance in exchanging a Officejet in cartridge having purchased the incorrect one. immediately got the correct cartridge and made the exchange. Unfortunately I did not get her name.

We R poor and getting worse every day
Well ink quality good but the very high prices are driving us to the poor house! At this rate may have to search for more economical source of ink and printer. Keep us afloat with the rewards savings.

Best and Authentic
I've tried the non HP ink for my printer and i noticed one brand was not as bright and another brand the ink seem to have run out way sooner than usual. I'm sticking with HP going forward for my HP printer.

Too Expensive
Even though Staples does not control HP pricing for the most part this is still ridiculous that consumers have to pay this much for ink for a printer.

Received Cartridge with Expired Warranty Date
I did not carefully check imprinted warranty expiry dates on each of the 4 cartridge packaging closely prior to installation. Also, I did not/ would not expect HP to ship item marked with an expired date
