When I run out of a printer cartridge, it's great to have Staples in the neighborhood so I can easily get a replacement cartridge.

The ink and printer work perfectly however the cartridge life is very poor, and the colored inks are consumed even when only printing in black and white. Price is way too high.

Here are some suggestions for the future.
- Turn off your printer to cover the cartridge.
- Take the opportunity to assess your printer habits.
- Clean the printheads at least once a week.
Remember, if you receive a defective cartridge, promptly return it.

Not enough ink
I bought this black extra large ink cartridge one month ago and today it says the ink is low and I have printed very few pages. My prior ink cartridge lasted 2 years. Did you reduce the amount of ink you are putting in the cartridges. It's crazy that it is low one month later. Very dissatisfied.

Good cartridges and last long for me!
I always purchase HP ink for my HP printers as I have no problems with the ink cartridge working properly. Maybe a little higher in price, but well worth it.
