We're so sad
Bought for Christmas and we were so excited to go out and look at the stars but we can't see anything at all.

Can't see anything
My son received this from his grandmother for Christmas, and we can't see anything out of it. Really disappointing because he was super excited to receive it.

It does not do anything
It does not do anything. There is no adjustment for the lenses and all you can see is blurry. I am very disappointed with this thing.

Internal mirrors came loose; now inoperable
We purchased this for our grandkids. It has always been nearly impossible to see any light through the optics. I can hear something rattling inside and my 6 year old grandson pointed out that it was a pair of mirrors that had come loose, visible sitting on the inside of the largest lense. It would be nice if the toy actually worked.

Decent
It's durable, and looks like a telescope, but it's blurry and they actually can't really see anything.

can't see through it. Water spots
Very blurry through the lens, there's a ton of water spots and you can see out of it. Not worth it. Not sure if others are better and we got the dud, but not worth it

Would not buy this again. Wasted money!!
Not pleased with this at all. The tri-pod is so short that my grandson can't really experience the thrill of looking though it at the moon and stars as it barely stands a foot tall if that. The ad was misleading with the kids standing to look through the scope. I thought I would be able to adjust the legs to fit him but you can't.

I would not buy this again
The legs are too short so it has to be on top of a table. The magnifying is not strong enough to see on the clearest nights.

fun for exploration AND imagination play
My three-year-old son loved this item! A little easy to topple and a little hard to get him to focus on using it correctly. But he absolutely loves the concept and wants to play with it all the time. He's incorporating it into imagination play which means he still has a lot of growing to do into the item. I like that and my one year old daughter is super interested in i...

My kids love exploring the neighborhood with this fun telesc
My kids love exploring the neighborhood with this fun telescope. Eye spy is a fun game in our family and this really adds to the challenge of finding new items. The kids take turns spying far away object which are easily seen with this telescope. The telescope comes with fun stand that can also be used a handle when not being set on a table or counter. Great quality and...

Cool toy for exploration!
My son is under the marked age for this telescope (he's 3 and the recommended age is 4+), so it took him a few tries to understand how to properly look through this telescope. Right now, it's hard for me to navigate his eyes to look at something specific through the telescope because, as the manufacturer describes, this telescope was made specifically for a child's eyes...

Such a great toy for little hands and minds
When teaching your children about nature and the great outdoors, what do you think of? We thought about exploring the sky and learning about the stars and constellations. What an amazing little toy. We spent hours of fun outside looking inside this cute little telescope, asking lots of questions, and changing out the lenses.

Great starter telescope for your little one
This is a great starter telescope for your little one. My girls absolutely love this toy and have been fighting over being able to use it. Fun for my 3, 5 and 8yo. They drag it around our house, take it outside and enjoy the experience of observing pretty much anything they can. We haven't used it during the night yet but the learning and discovery experience has especi...

Great telescope for young, curious children.
My son is 3.5 and absolutely loves this telescope. He's obsessed with space and this was the perfect way for him to look up at the moon and stars - and use for pretend play as well. It's light and easy to move around which is great because he likes to carry it with him from room to room and set up in different places. Would highly recommend for children who are interest...

Shoot for the Stars
My little dude loves nature, and this telescope allows him to explore the entire neighborhood from our backyard. He loves to try to find birds and squirrels in trees. The telescope is easy to fold up and take with us to the grandparents house for some exploration during social distancing.

Great for a nature walk around the block!
My 3-year-old was so excited to use his colorful new telescope, but didn't understand the concept of it at first. However, he quickly adapted and got a handle of it after a few tries. We originally tested it indoors but realized everything was too close, so we moved it to the balcony. We were able to rest it on the ledge and he quickly said, "I see the doggy's legs" hah...
