Good price for good new product
We already have Nest cameras so didn’t need the eye cameras, but the price for the hub was best around. I like other Wyze products and was comfortable dealing with the company.

Google nest hub
The Google nest hub will not stay linked and will not relink w/ Google home.

Basic media hub gets the job done.
This is definitely the most basic smart home touchscreen I can imagine a company like Google selling. It gets by, but barely. Its best trait is an easy setup through the Home app. Casting media is also very straightforward, as expected. Video quality is acceptable, though it would be moreso as a secondary viewer (perhaps in a foyer niche or other restrictively small are...

Nice screen, nice speaker
Picture quality and sound quality exceed my expectation. A very nice small smart display with sleep quality monitor. Excellent value

‘The Situation Room’
Excellent device! I use it to display the time most of the time but when I need to, I can view the outside of my house to remain in the ‘know’ as things happen plus all the normal Google Home and Mini features. Love it!

Not very good
Sleep tracking doesn't work despite multiple attempts to calibrate and following instructions precisely. Can't start relaxing sounds of my choosing from the screen, have to speak to it. Most everything I try to do with it can't be done. Its only advantage over my Mini is the alarm clock.

Good but slow and unintuitive
I like but as the title suggests it can be slow and unintuitive to use. Your phrasing has to be super precise to what it expects or it just doesn't work well. Other than that I find it to be quite useful for tasks such as being an alarm clock so you don't need to worry if your phone is charged or not. Play songs, etc.

There could be several reasons why the Nest display is behaving differently. If your Nest display is having a hard time picking up your voice commands, there’s a possibility that it’s having trouble connecting with Google. If you haven’t yet, we suggest the simple steps below:
- Unplug your display and wait for 10 seconds, then plug it back in. Wait for the device to reboot, then try to ask the Assistant your question again.
- Reboot your modem and router.
- Try to switch between 2.4 GHZ and 5 GHz network to see which band is more reliable
- Test with another speaker or display (if you have any).
- If there are nearby devices that may cause interference, such as microwave ovens, wireless speakers, baby monitors, Wi-Fi routers, try to move your display to a different room, or to move it closer to your router.
Also, retraining your Nest displays, to better recognize your voice, and adjusting the Hotword sensitivity may be helpful with the issue. You may follow the steps on these help articles:
- Check which devices are using Voice Match: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7588195
- Adjust how sensitive Google Assistant is to “Hey Google: https://support.google.com/assistant/answer/9712065

Still has hiccups
Google Assistant still has some problems. I can ask to display my Nest Hello doorbell camera on the hub, and I am supposed to be able to say "Stop" to quit displaying it. However, when I give it the Stop command, it says I can only stop some smart plugs I have in the house, which one do I want to stop. I have tried saying "stop streaming front door", "stop streaming"...

Great alarm clock and photo frame
The Nest Hub has come a long way since it first came out. There's a lot I like about it. There is also plenty I would like to see improved.We still can't access our Google Drive, which would be a fantastic improvement. I would also like to see a variable size clock when using as a photo frame.My favorite uses are as an alarm clock and a photo frame.

Kitchen assistant
My loves it a lot. Especially when she wants to cook something delicious. When she ask for a recipe, it is there. Also, when we want to listen to Latin music, we just have to say it.

Very Handy Device
I wasn't sure how I would like having a smart assistant in the house, but it has turned out to be a very handy device indeed. The Nest works great and was very easy to set up. I would recommend it for anyone.
