Good price for good new product
We already have Nest cameras so didn’t need the eye cameras, but the price for the hub was best around. I like other Wyze products and was comfortable dealing with the company.

Gen 2 Nest Hub
I am very happy with all my Goggle products. They provide me with all the information I ask for and also play the music I request. I use the Hub Nest as a Photo Album showing the pictures I have set up making it easier to show them instead of not having enough space on my walls.

Slow respond, function limited in HK
The response of touch screen is slow. And the respond of my voice is also slow. Moreover, the function if 60hz sonic and 5Ghz Wifi are forbidden in Hong Kong. It means that we cannot use gesture and the network only can connect to 2.4hz. I would rather choose Google Nest Max again instead.

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the performance of your Nest Hub (2nd gen). We could be looking at a possible connectivity issue that affects the overall performance of your Nest Hub, and it’s important to make sure that this is not caused by a spotty or weak Wi-Fi signal. We suggest checking your Wi-Fi network for a strong and reliable connection. If you have too many devices connected on the same bandwidth or if your network package is not enough to handle the data traffic on the network, removing other connected devices to your Wi-Fi may relieve network congestion. You can also try doing a factory reset to improve its performance. Check out this link for more information on how to reset your Nest Hub: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7073477 If you need assistance, you can always reach out to our support team We’d be happy to help here: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp

Not Compatible with Wyze Products
This is not compatible with many Wyze products. It won't adjust the thermostat, will not view cameras, will not control locks. Otherwise, it's great.

Hi jesiman, thanks for bringing this up and we’re sorry to learn your Nest Hub (2nd gen) can’t control your Wyze smart home devices. You can control over 50,000 smart home devices including TVs, remote controls, lights, appliances, plugs, thermostats, and more using your Google Nest or Home speaker or display. To get started, you’ll first need to set up your device in the Google Home app. These links below might be helpful: - Control smart home devices using speakers and displays: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7073578 - Explore all the Google Assistant partners you can use to control things around your home with just your voice here: https://assistant.google.com/explore/i?intent=ControlAppliancesAndFixtures If you’re Google Assistant can’t control your smart home devices, check these things first: 1. Make sure that your Nest Hub and other smart devices are set up on the same Wi-Fi network. 2. Check if you’re using the same Google Account on your mobile device and in the Google Home app. - Open the Google Home app. - At the top right, tap your account. - Verify that the Google Account shown is the one linked to your Nest Hub. To switch accounts, tap another account or Add another account. 3. Make sure you’re in the same room as your Nest Hub. 4. Try to rename your device. 5. Open the Google Home app. 6. Tap your device and then at the top right corner, tap Settings > and then Device information > and then Device name. 7. Enter a new name for your device and then tap Save. Don’t include numbers, special characters, or room names. Avoid similar names (for example, "Table light left" and "Table light right"). Great sound. Lacking some features
My internet is not stable. I also turn off my router at night. So this hub is pretty unless without wifi. I was hoping for some offline features, like Bluetooth. I can't toggle the Bluetooth without internet. I also wish there were more gesture controls.

Could be better
The layout and user interface and navigation gestures could be made so much simpler to use and navigate for everyone rather than just techy people. Seems to work ok, better than my Google home by far.
