Good price for good new product
We already have Nest cameras so didn’t need the eye cameras, but the price for the hub was best around. I like other Wyze products and was comfortable dealing with the company.

The Google nest hub will not stay linked and will not relink w/ Google home.

Doesn't work with Google Workspace
I'm VERY frustrated that the key feature I bought this for (sleep monitoring) won't work with my personal Google Workspace (domain) account.

Hi Rob, thanks for reaching out. We're sorry that your experience didn't meet your expectations. Google Workspace/G Suite email addresses can still be used to link to your Google Home app but it won’t have full functionality, nor can we guarantee that all features will work as intended. Sleep-sensing is dependent on the Personal Results settings on your Home app of thich Google Workspace/G Suite have limitations to. We recommend using a regular Gmail account as this will allow you to use all of the features available on your Nest Hub (2nd gen). Here are some features that rely on the Personal Results settings on your Home app.
- Shopping lists
- Flight details
- Reminders
- Calendar Events
- Making calls using the contact list on your devices
- Playing personal music with premium subscription
- Accepting invites as additional home members

Nest hub 2nd generation is AWESOME
I absolutely love my nest hub 2nd generation, i had already gotten the nest hub max for my kitchen and its the best thing to happen to the kitchen since sliced bread, it was the perfect addition to bring all my smart lights and devices together so after that I felt like my bedroom was missing something and the nest hun 2nd gen was the perfect fit!!!... Xant wait to expa...

Works horribly
Where do I start. This product doesn't work as intended 80% of the time. It either doesn't hear you, or it hears you when you aren't speaking to it, or it can't do what you're asking it to do, or it can't verify your voice even though you've voice matched like 1000 times! The 20% of the time it does work, it's great but def not worth what I paid for all my google device...

We recommend performing a factory data reset on your Nest Hub (2nd gen) and retrain your device to better recognize your voice, and see if this will improve your experience. Keep in mind that resetting Nest Hub (2nd gen) will erase all data and that you may need to set it up again after it restarts.
To reset Nest Hub (2nd gen), check on the back of Nest Hub (2nd gen), press and hold both volume buttons together for about 10 seconds. Your Nest Hub Max will let you know that it's resetting.
After the setup, you can adjust your Nest Hub's (2nd gen) mic sensitivity to the hotword. See this guide on how to adjust the mic sensitivity of your Nest Hub (2nd gen).
- Open your Google Home app
- Select your Nest Hub (2nd gen)
- At the top right, tap the Settings (Gear) icon
- Then tap Audio.
- Then tap ""Hey Google"" sensitivity and adjust the slider to make your Nest Hub (2nd gen) more responsive to the hotword.

Nest hub
Very easy to use and serves me well for sleep. I also use it to keep track of my sleeping habits like snoring and coughing.

Speech Replies Need Work
The second generation Nest Hub works fine except for one thing. When I am watching something on You Tube TV and ask it to do something (like set a sleep timer), the reply is garbled. It does what I request, but the reply is terribly annoying. I have done two resets with no improvement.

Snappy title that google approves of.
This is my 3rd hub that I've added to my house, the other 2 are the 1st generation. I can confirm that the sound is better than the gen1 or the mini, but falls short of the original Google Home device and far short of my JBL Google devices. It's still a very good speaker. The microphones seem to be very good at picking up what I'm saying and choosing the right speaker ...
