Good price for good new product
We already have Nest cameras so didn’t need the eye cameras, but the price for the hub was best around. I like other Wyze products and was comfortable dealing with the company.

Snappy title that google approves of.
This is my 3rd hub that I've added to my house, the other 2 are the 1st generation. I can confirm that the sound is better than the gen1 or the mini, but falls short of the original Google Home device and far short of my JBL Google devices. It's still a very good speaker. The microphones seem to be very good at picking up what I'm saying and choosing the right speaker ...

Nice display tries to be too smart
Really like the photo frame feature on Nest Hub/Google Home displays. The setup get these devices is okay on your home network but any kind of special or restricted network makes it a huge pain. I wish since it has a touch screen I could connect to a new network using that instead of requiring a phone for settings.

Hi Jim, thanks for sharing your feedback with us. We're glad that you liked the photo frame feature of your Nest Hub (2nd gen). Some Wi-Fi networks have network configurations such as Access Point (AP) isolation, captive portal or Wi-Fi Protected Access (WPA2) enterprise that block your Nest Hub (2nd gen) from successfully establishing a connection. Having access to your Wi-Fi network on your Nest Hub's (2nd gen) screen will be a great addition to its many features. We're always working to improve our products and services, and your feedback goes a long way. If you need further assistance or if you have any questions with your Nest Hub (2nd gen), feel free to reach out to our support team here: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp

I'm giving this 3 stars because it is a good device but It still needs improvement, especially on the use of security cameras, and maybe it's just me but it is sometimes slow and sluggish but other than that it works well, another issue I have is that if you buy the newest model and you go try to buy a stand for it, just know it won't work, the newest model is just a ti...

Hi Tyler, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry for the camera streaming quality trouble that you have with your Nest Hub (2nd gen). Most of the time, this is caused by some network settings on your Wi-Fi network. We recommend performing some steps to improve your camera feed quality: - Check network congestion. Removing some of your connected devices may help relieve congestion. - Check for possible sources of interference such as microwave ovens, refrigerators or other equipment. - Place your Nest Hub (2nd gen) near the router. - If you have a dual band router, try setting up your Nest Hub (2nd gen) on either the 2.4GHz or 5GHz bands and see which band is more stable. Make sure that your security camera is on the same network as the Nest Hub (2nd gen). If you have any questions or need further assistance, you can always reach out to our team, and we'd be more than happy to help. Here's the link: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp

Hi Thomas, we appreciate your feedback about your Nest Hub (2nd gen). We’re sorry for the trouble this issue has caused you. The Nest Hub (2nd gen) was an updated version of the Nest Hub, it has no Nest Cam built-in just like its previous version. If you prefer a bigger display with a camera, you might wanna check for the Nest Hub Max, which has a 10-inch display and has a built-in Nest Cam, Check this link for more details: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7072284 Also, you can try the steps below that may be helpful you with the issue you have: - Make sure that you’re signed in using the right email account. - Check if your phone/tablet and Home app are updated. - For iOS devices, make sure Bluetooth is on. For Android devices, Location Services should be on. - Force close and reopen the Home app. - Try an alternative phone or tablet to set up your Nest Hub (2nd gen). - Perform a factory reset. If unresolved, please reach out to our support team and we’d be more than happy to help. Here’s the link: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp

Amazing device
Out of the box this device was great. Easy setup and connectivity to 10 other Nest devices. The screen has no lag time and senses the lighting in the room very well. Thre sleep tracking feature has really helped me identify some issues with my sleep times. Assistant is outstanding, as always. Highly recommend this device for the price and quality.

Great device
Overall I’ve enjoyed my Hub but there are some flaws. At times it feels slow and laggy but overall it listens to me well and it works great. Soli is ok, but it doesn’t interfere with normal use.
