Though we added the Sleep Sensing feature, it has no Nest Cam built-in just like its previous version. You may check out for the Nest Hub Max with a built-in Nest Cam. We suggest checking the steps below that might improve your experience: - Weak or congested networks. Removing some of your connected devices may help relieve congestion. - Check for possible sources of interference such as microwave ovens, refrigerators or other equipment. - If you have a dual band router, try setting up Nest Hub (2nd gen) on either the 2.4GHz or 5GHz bands and see which band is more stable. - Performing a factory data reset on your Nest Hub (2nd gen) may help you improve it's streaming quality.
