Good price for good new product
We already have Nest cameras so didn’t need the eye cameras, but the price for the hub was best around. I like other Wyze products and was comfortable dealing with the company.

Google nest hub
The Google nest hub will not stay linked and will not relink w/ Google home.

Nest Hub
I thought it allowed video calls so I was disappointed because that was the main reason I got this. The Nest Hub Max is the correct option for reciprocal video calls. Otherwise, it has a nice picture and is super easy to set up and use.

Probably works but I can't figure out how to make it work!
I have tried at least 6 times and my wife has tried at least 3 times to complete the setup for this "thing". We have been unsuccessful even though we have used directions provided by Google, on-line forums and who knows what else. Why must it be so difficult? I am a retired IT specialist and understand technical things but this is AWFUL.

Better than expected
I got the Google home on a whim because I wanted a better night stand interface to control the lights and see the weather report. As expected it was easy to set up but what was unexpected was how simple and intuitive the interface was. I appreciate it the default dashboard interface being incredibly simple.

Sometimes, your Nest Hub (2nd Gen) might not activate when you say “Hey Google” or “Ok Google,” particularly in a noisy environment. If this frequently happens, you can make it more sensitive to the Hotword. Retraining your device to better recognize your voice, and adjusting the Hotword sensitivity may fix the issue. Retrain Voice Match: - On your phone or tablet, open the Google Home app. - At the top right, tap your Profile picture or initial and then Assistant settings and then Voice Match. - Tap Teach your Assistant your voice again and then Retrain. Adjust how sensitive Google Assistant is to Hey Google: - Open the Google Home app. - At the bottom, tap Home. - Select your speaker or Smart Display. - At the top right, tap Device settings > Audio > “Hey Google” sensitivity. - Choose how sensitive you want Google Assistant to be when it responds to you.
