Hard drive failed within 2 weeks
That's the chance you take with a refurbished but it was disappointing after all the time spent setting it up.

Pleased
We needed to replace our old home office PC as It had become so slow. I knew I wanted Dell and an i7 processor and a 1TB drive but I did not want a brand new computer. So glad I looked at Staples.com and they had what I wanted in the refurbished models for decent prices. Have had it for a week now and we are please with the PC and the performance.
