Black regular cartridge
I’ve had issues with the black link cartridge drying up too quickly before being used. I’ve had to replace the black ink cartridge in order for my HP printer to print because of the bad cartridge.

It is crummy you make bu 2 and get reward but don't get it for 3 months! It is almost impossible to use it since I never get notification. I shouldn't have to search for it

Shopping experience at Staples
I got more than I expected while shopping my local staples. I was having trouble with my cell phone transferring data from the old one to the new. The store mgr William did it for me in record time!!
