Black regular cartridge
I’ve had issues with the black link cartridge drying up too quickly before being used. I’ve had to replace the black ink cartridge in order for my HP printer to print because of the bad cartridge.

Picture doesn’t match product
The picture shows both Black and Color as XL cartridges but only the Black cartridge is XL. The color cartridge is not XL. Misleading.

Ink cartridge order
Staples has gone downhill. They say they shipped and delivered my order they never did. I called and was on hold for at least 15 minutes and then I was talking to someone from India. I have a hard time understanding the person and it agitates me. I spend close to $75 and I get treated this way.

Good while printing, but doesn't yield 30%
The cartidge is good, and the printing looks nice, but it doesn't yield even 100 pages, and the promissed was 300 pages.
